What We’re All About

Redefining the front end of breast cancer care—where risk is recognized, informed conversations lead to action, and together, we change what's possible.

Breast health isn't just a single test—it's a continuous journey. Effective care requires information that's understood, communication that empowers shared decisions, teams that coordinate seamlessly, and action that follows through. We build the system that delivers it.

Breast health care starts with understanding your risk and taking action before a diagnosis. That means beginning risk assessment as early as age 25 and updating it as your life changes. It includes screening and supplemental imaging, clinical exams, genetic testing when appropriate, and sometimes preventive medicine or surgery.

At The Full Scoop, we connect clinical care with patient readiness so that every woman can take meaningful steps to protect her health.

Our Four Critical Continuums

These four continuums are the pillars that make our approach tangible—they guide how we turn connection into action for women, providers, CHWs, and policy partners.

Personal Risk

Ensuring women understand who is at elevated risk and why it matters.

Education; We translate complex, evidence-based information about risk factors into clear guidance that makes sense for real lives.

Women: Understand your personal risk factors, family history, and lifestyle influences.
Providers: Use evidence-informed information to identify patients at elevated risk.
CHWs: Get training to educate patients and support early awareness.
Advocacy / Policy: Highlight gaps in risk awareness and inform strategies to improve access.

Breast Care Plan

Translating individual risk profiles into tailored screening and prevention strategies, not one-size-fits-all.

Coordinated Care: We connect patients, providers, and systems with the right information at the right time to build personalized care plans.

Women: Receive guidance on screening schedules, supplemental imaging, and preventive options.
Providers: Access frameworks to create risk-aligned screening and prevention plans.
CHWs: Support patients in navigating their breast care plans.
Advocacy / Policy: Promote policies and programs that enable risk-aligned care.

Informed Action

Ensuring shared decision-making is supported by evidence and followed through in real care.

Real-World Action: We remove barriers and build pathways that turn knowledge and plans into consistent follow-through.

Women: Access evidence-informed guidance and actionable steps for your care.
Providers: Support patient adherence and shared decision-making with structured tools.
CHWs: Help patients complete recommended screenings and follow preventive guidance.
Advocacy / Policy: Identify and remove systemic barriers to implementing evidence-based care.

Policy and Systems

Removing the structural barriers that shape access to risk assessment, appropriate screening, and preventive care.

All Three Pillars: Informed Communication, Coordinated Care, and Real-World Action work together at the systems level to drive policies and programs that reduce disparities and improve access.

Women: Know the resources and pathways available in your community.
Providers: Navigate system-level challenges to provide timely, risk-aligned care.
CHWs: Advocate for patient access and equity in community settings.
Advocacy / Policy: Drive policies and programs that reduce disparities and improve access to breast health services.
