"Black African women in high-income countries face significant barriers to breast cancer screening, including a lack of knowledge, cultural stigma, and systemic issues such as racism and poor service provider attitudes. This systematic review identified and synthesized these barriers and facilitators, highlighting the urgent need for targeted interventions to improve screening uptake in this population."
